What is the attire for the weekend events?
Friday March 15th, Welcome Party
The attire is dressy casual. For the ladies, please wear fun colored dresses and block heels or flats. This is an outdoor event and partly on grass. Please bring a jacket and/or a pashmina. For the gentlemen, please wear dress pants or khakis paired with a collared shirt.
Saturday March 16th, Ceremony and Reception
Formal attire is requested. For the ladies, please wear an evening gown or midi cocktail dress. Please bring a pashmina and/or jacket for the evening. For the gentlemen, please wear a suit and tie.
Sunday March 17th, Farewell Brunch
The attire is casual. Anything goes, from shorts and flip flops to sundresses. Come as you are!
What time should I arrive at the ceremony?
Please arrive by 3:30 pm. The ceremony will begin promptly at 4 pm.
Are children invited?
As much as we adore your little ones, our reception will be an adults-only affair. We hope this advance notice means you’re able to let your hair down and celebrate with us!
Is the wedding outside?
Yes, please bring a light sweater or shawl to stay warm in the evening.
Will there be parking options available?
Yes, there is parking available on site.
Will there be a shuttle to and from Toscana Country Club?
Yes, shuttles will pick up at La Quinta Resort as described on this map at 3:15 pm.
Can we take an Uber/Lyft?
Uber, Lyft, and other ride shares are not reliable to pick up from Toscana Country Club. We highly suggest taking the provided shuttles from La Quinta Resort or parking on site.
Can I take pictures during the ceremony?
We are opting for an unplugged ceremony. We ask that you please turn off your cell phones and cameras during the ceremony. Don’t worry, we have hired a photographer and will have plenty of photo opportunities during the reception!
